What is Narm? Narm is a data-driven platform that rates products based on their environmental and human health impact, translating complex sustainability data into a clear, accessible score.
How do you determine your scoring criteria? Our criteria are informed by peer-reviewed research, life-cycle assessment standards, regulatory databases, and internationally recognized environmental frameworks.
How does your scoring system work? We evaluate products across weighted categories such as carbon emissions, water use, material sustainability, toxicity, and transparency, then calculate a composite score based on measurable impact.
Where do you get your data from? We use publicly disclosed brand reports, third-party certifications, scientific literature, regulatory databases, and verified supply chain information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you test items yourselves? At this stage, we rely on verified brand documentation and independent data sources rather than conducting in-house laboratory testing.
What if Narm makes a mistake? Yes, as a beta platform we are continuously improving. If we identify an error or receive verified corrections, we review the information promptly and update scores transparently.
Do you get paid to promote brands? We do not accept paid promotions that impact scoring, we do not have any partnerships at this stage.
Is Narm free to use? Yes. Narm is free to download, and all features are currently available at no cost as we continue building and improving the platform.
